Do I need to be a business to have an account?
Absolutely not! Although the core of our business is delivering to catering/commercial kitchens we have had a growing number of private domestic customers, particularly since Covid. If you like our product range and prefer to use us like a supermarket delivery service, you’re more than welcome to sign up.
Do I need to order in huge quantities?
As many of our customers are caterers, some stock is in catering sizes – but we try to provide smaller quantities where possible, so no, you can order as much or as little as you like from our product catalogue. All we ask is that each order is a minimum of ÂŁ75 in value.
Do I need to order regularly?
Not at all, we’re here as and when you need us. Many of our customers order weekly or even more often, but if you just want occasional deliveries, that’s fine too. Sign up to set up your account and order as frequently or rarely as you wish.
How quickly can you deliver?
Our order system is set up for next day delivery on all orders submitted before 10pm. For meat orders, the cut off time is 9pm. We deliver 6 days a week so orders on a Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
What happens if you miss a delivery or forget items?
Our transport team are very efficient and understand the challenges of having orders fail to be fulfilled. If possible we will try to arrange a different driver to deliver the same day – failing that, we’ll get your order to you the very next day.
Are there regular promotions?
Yes, there are regular promotions. These are reviewed and updated monthly depending on seasonality, availability, and customer demand, so the offers stay relevant throughout the year.
