Welsh Sausage Company This company's story begins with a farmer's son, Leuan Edwards, in the beautiful yet rugged countryside of North Wales. Leuan set out on his own and left his family farm to chase his dream of becoming a butcher. He started an apprenticeship in the small market town of Llanrwst, he quickly gained skills and knowledge and went on to continue his training in Switzerland and Holland where he became a master butcher. Feeling inspired, Leuan opened a shop in Conwy which he filled with the very best award-winning delights. As the years passed the shop gained more notability and won various awards such as, "Britain's Best Butcher" and "Best Butchers Shop in Wales." Fast forward to 2014, the shop decided to expand and share their award-winning products and began selling through major retailers such as ASDA. After opening a production factory, the company soon became what we see of it now with products that are a family favourite on tables across Wales and beyond. 

BMC (Burger Manufacturing Company)  BMC is a Welsh company established in 1999 and is one of the leading beef manufacturers in the UK. Their first major achievement as a company was the launch and development of their Sparks Catering brand of burgers. BMC quickly picked up on the ever-growing need for quality beef burgers in the fast-food industry and so, in 2017, they invested £4 million into a plant and machinery to create a state of the art facility. Since then, the company has continued to see growth and can now be found in many European countries as well as all over the UK.
