Delivery Times

Deliveries are scheduled Monday - Saturday 06.00am -18:00pm however this can be subject to change E.G: Due to Traffic, Severe Weather etc.

We have innovative systems in place that tracks, schedules and gives us an approx time of arrival on your delivery.
Order Cut Offs

Our ordering cut off time is 22:00pm for next day delivery.

Tamar Deli - 11:00am - Day 1 for Day 3
Chunk of Devon – 11:00am (Order on Thursday for Friday, Saturday and Monday Delivery)
Friday orders will be delivered on a Tuesday
Milpack – 14:00pm
Ryders Home Made Bakery – 15:00pm
Ryder Cakes - 15:00pm - Day 1 for Day 3
Complete Meats – 22:00pm
Prepveg - 22:00pm - Day 1 for Day 3
How to set up a credit account

Trade Customers will have the opportunity to set up a credit account with us, the form can be downloaded here. The application process will take up to 2 weeks.

Please be aware this 2 week period could be extended if your references do not come back to us.

How Our App Works

Please contact our Customer Service Team if you have forgotten any of your details.

The home screen gives you access to all options even an up to date statement. Click the order card button at the bottom to start placing an order.

The order card lists your regularly ordered products use the + or - buttons to populate your order. Click the search button to find any item not shown.

Click on a star next to a product to add it to your favourites or click the product name to get more details on it. Favourites can be accessed from the top left of the order card.

Click product specifications on the product detail page to bring up more info on the item including allergens.

Once you have finished your order click checkout. You can leave your order open all day adding items as you go. Do not send in multiple orders throughout the day.

Once you checkout you will see a submit order page, check all info is correct and submit your order. You will get a pop up to show your order has been sent and a confirmation email.
